Q: How long will a refinished
bathtub and ceramic tile surround last?
A Integrity Restorations
refinished bathtub or tile wall can easily last 10 to 15 years with proper care and maintenance. In fact, many of our customers
have told us their bathtubs still look and feel great 15 years after being refinished.
Q: How durable are refinished bathtubs?
Integrity Restorations uses the most technologically advanced coating available. These finishes are
designed to stand up to daily use and do not require special care. However, like a newly manufactured bathtub, a refinished
surface can be chipped or scratched if it is abused.
Q: Do refinished tubs look painted?
Definitely not! In fact, most people will have a difficult time telling any difference between a
new bathtub and a Integrity Restorations refinished tub. The Integrity Restorations process is that good.
Q: How
long does it take to refinish a bathtub?
A standard
sized bathtub, in reasonable condition, takes only 4 to 6 hours to refinish. The tub will typically be ready to use within
24 hours or even sooner with special curing procedures.
Q: How does refinishing compare to replacement
costs?
Refinishing costs vary across the country but refinishing
will almost always be a fraction of the total cost of replacing a bathtub or ceramic tile surround. Replacing a bathtub and
surround can easily cost $2000 or more when you consider the cost of removal, plumbing, setting new tile, etc. Refinishing
can often save you up to 75% compared to the cost of replacement! Call (601) 672-6591 for an estimate from your local Integrity
Restorations professional.
Q: Does refinishing have an odor?
The top coatings we use contain solvents, which are necessary to make the finish hard and durable.
We use ventilation fans to exhaust air from the work area outside, minimizing the fresh paint like odor. 80% to 90% of the
smell will be exhausted within the first 4 to 5 hours and substantially gone within a day.
Q: Is white the
only color available?
No. Integrity Restorations can match an
existing color or create almost any custom color of your choosing.
Q: Can Integrity Restorations
fix chips, scratches and cracks?
Small chips
and cracks can usually be repaired during the preparation stage of the refinishing process. If it is just a single chip, we
can often fill and refinish just the damaged area. With careful color matching, the repaired chip will be practically invisible.
Plumbing manufacturers such as Kohler, Eljer, and Jacuzzi regularly use Integrity Restorations to repair fixtures which happen
to be damaged during shipping or installation.
Q: Is refinishing just
for bathtubs?
Integrity Restorations can refinish a variety of
surfaces including fiberglass shower stalls, kitchen Formica counter tops and other laminates, ceramic tile, cultured marble
vanity tops, and acrylic tubs.
Q: How does refinishing work on Kitchen countertops?
Our countertop refinishing works extremely well on all types of formica countertops,
tile vanities, and even cultured marble counters. The finish is very durable and easy to clean. A variety of colors and textures
are available including our revolutionary stone finishes which give the appearance of granite countertops, but at significantly

does not use corrosive or harmful acids in its refinishing process. Integrity Restorations is an environmentally responsible
company.
Q: Why
should I have Integrity Restorations refinish my bathtub or countertop?

Integrity Restorations has been the leader in refinishing techniques and technology in Jackson for over 7 years. Our technicians
have received extensive training and continuing education to ensure that each and every customer receives the very best quality
and service available.
Q: What makes Integrity Restorations' refinishing process superior?
The combination of diligent preparation, a proprietary bonding agent, advanced coating and final
detailing sets Integrity Restorations apart from all other refinishers. The original surface is completely cleaned and surface
scratches and chips are filled and repaired. Next the surface is coated with MM-4, a unique bonding agent exclusive to Integrity
Restorations, that creates a molecular bond between the cleaned surface and the new coating. Finally, after curing, the surface
is buffed to a high gloss giving it the look and feel of brand new. No other company uses all these steps and the one-of-a-kind
MM-4 bonding agent.
Q: Is there a warranty?
Integrity
Restorations offers a five-year warranty against peeling or other failure of adhesion for bathtubs, wall tile, and fiberglass.

Q:
Does a refinished surface take special care?
You’ll
find our care instructions are similar to those for most brand new bathtubs or new countertops…do not use cleaners
that contain abrasives, harsh acids, or bleach. Most worn bathtubs, sinks and tile become worn and dull due to abrasive cleansers,
not from time.
Q: How does refinishing compare to bathtub liners?
Liners are at least twice as expensive as refinishing and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks from ordering to installation.
